Equal in worth to the Lord yes, I would agree with that.

But as a wife she is to subject herself to her husband. And women are physically inferior to men. They are not "equal" in either context at all.

I didn't make men and women nor did I define their roles in marriage, God did that. I didn't make myself stronger or bigger so I could lord it over you either, God did that.

I would say the creation of woman in my previous post clearly indicates what God had in mind when He created man and woman. As God gave us free will, He had no direct control over the people who would distort His intentions in His Name.

Yes, perhaps God may have made many of you physically bigger and stronger. But that didn't come with instructions to lord it over people. That choice is yours.
