I would say the creation of woman in my previous post clearly indicates what God had in mind when He created man and woman. As God gave us free will, He had no direct control over the people who would distort His intentions in His Name.

Yes, perhaps God may have made many of you physically bigger and stronger. But that didn't come with instructions to lord it over people. That choice is yours.

Okay, but remember... there is much else written about it (specifically their roles in marriage) elsewhere in the Bible.

And like I said, I am lording anything over anyone. It's clearly not my fault.
