My point is that (both strands, Hebraic and Hellenic, of) our own culture have a history of treating captured enemy women in exactly the same way as the Muslim religion prescribes. Please note that I did point out that this is in the past, unlike (some interpretations of) the Muslim religion, which encourage such action today.

Try 2: My point is that the Koranic prescription for treatment of captured enemy women is no more barbaric than the OT rules for same. Jews and Christians, at least in theory, have evolved past such behavior, despite what their Holy Book says. (Some) Muslims are still stuck in the 7th century.
