Off topic: That gruesome picture of the woman being assassinated in the soccer stadium....I've always wondered why a soccer field that had been closed down for six years still has fresh chalk lines demarking the penalty area. Curious.

I'd say this was more a tribal thing than an Islamic thing. This sort of thing is definitley a no-no according to strict Islam.
