"Teachers are in the classroom as agents and employees of the public school district. They do not have an unfettered right to free speech in the classroom; ... They are not free to lead recitations of the Shahada, they are not free to lead pledges of allegiance to the United Nations, they are not free to lecture the children about ... Now I can see why you agree with the 9th Circuit's ruling.
In your worldview, teachers obviously forfeit their right to free speech when they enter a public classroom.
I must have missed that exception to the 1st Amendment. Care to show me where you found it, or were you basing your legal views from some non-American system?

This decision is entirely consistent with a citizens constitutionally protected right of religious freedom, and the prohibition of state endorsement of religion. Weasel words! There is nothing in the Constitution about state "endorsement" of religion in general. There is an amendment which states that Congress shall not make any laws ESTABLISHING religion.
"We the state, love living under God." = endorsement.
"We the Congress declare Christianity the Official Religion." = Establishment
