According to Nevergore in post #17, he doesn't believe the "mechanics" could be illegal. However, nothing would surprise me anymore.

Seems to me if SOME of their documents were fraudluent, all of their documents could be fraudulant....and just about anything can be forged.

It seems more than a coincidence that company background checks started around the same time that the investigation started...

Indicates that security flags came up on certain individuals.
