That was true twenty years ago, but not anymore. Nassau and Suffolk have not gone Republican in a Presidential election since 1988.

NOT Plainview, the town where I was born and raised. Very Democrat. Predominantly Jewish. In fact, in the last twenty years it has become a community for extremely religious Jews.
