Set-aside? Why not a petition to impeach? I just saw a bunch of congresscritters on the steps of the capitol pledging allegiance. Let's put some fire under them to do something concrete like impeach these judges.

Agreed. But when/if we impeach the rascals ... we will still have to at some point have the ruling set aside.
