Agreed. But when/if we impeach the rascals ... we will still have to at some point have the ruling set aside.
And, if we don't impeach them well just have to fight this battle again. Besides, impeachment proceedings puts the democrats in a real bind, stand-up for the flag or the ACLU.
If all we do is call for setting-aside, then we haven't done more than Daschel who also condemned this act. Is Tom Daschel our standard of protest?
