the "surpreme" court? Whatever. The pledge of allegiance is voluntary to which I proudly pledge...to outlaw it would be a disgrace to all for which we stand. At the same time, to enforce the pledge as law would be equally a disgrace to all for which we stand. Meantime, I voluntarily, proudly, and with honor pledge my allegiance to these United States.

The question you must ask yourself, is the pledge constitutional? Or, does the constitution provide that you must pledge allegiance?
