Unless of course it turns out that the democrats in congress support the decision than our president will be more than happy to change his opinion completely and align himself with the democrats once again...the atheist vote is very important...

I just heard on Sean Hannity's show that Bush has criticized the decision earlier this afternoon by the 9th Circuit Court in San Francisco that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional, due to the phrase "under God." I'm waiting for the justices to relinquish their salaries since our currency says "In God We Trust". < /sarcasm >

This is the kind of "mainstream" judges the Democrats are insisting upon.

THE 9TH CIRCUIT WOULD LIKE TO ELIMINATE THIS DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND RETURN US TO BRITAIN?

No doubt these "judges" are "acceptably mainstream" for Leaky and Scummer to approve for the Supreme Court.

Fundamentalist Atheism strikes again. Indeed. I've come to call it "radical" atheism. Between that and radical Islam, our nation certainly has it's share of enemies. Sure wish the kid gloves would come off. The sooner, the better.

Someone refresh my memory . . . did he criticize Campaign Finance Reform before he signed it? Uh yes he did saying that he had reservations about the ad bans. He knew that that CFR was going to the courts and took the club away from the demos, McCain, and the press.
But that doesn't matter to you since you only have your one issue(bashing Bush), but you already knew that.
Anyway I think that the ad bans in CFR will be overturned from a recent SCOTUS decison striking down an Ohio's town ban on door to door solcitation. If SCOTUS overturned that they would look stupid not overturning the ad bans.
Oh BTW I think that this ridiculous ruling by the 9th circus will be overturned since 27 of their last 29 decisions have been overturned by SCOTUS, but it still points out the danger of the demorats appointing Judges.

I went by a church today. The caption on their sign post was, "Don't make me come down there - God" There will be great judgment on American when we make a phrase "under God" unconstitutional. This experiment on being a Republic was based solely on Faith in God. That is why we are the greatest nation in the world. But it will be diminished by the liberal courts taking God out of it.
He will come down soon!

They are the MOST overturned district court in the nation. But they've already planted the seeds of doubt in the minds of our citizenry and children. I hate them for that.
