I'll jump in to the fed thread. I agree that there are fed agencies which should not exist and there are civil servants who should be fired and can't be. That said,there are civilians who hold valuable jobs in the Defense departments. In my case I knew several meteorologists and engineers who reported in the chain of cmand or who held staff positions.Most admin types were civil service. The NRO has USAF and CIA working side by side and in the chain. CIA agents risk all fighting with our troops.There is the FBI and other dedicated civilian law enforcers.The military reports to civilian leadership(elected and appointed) but there are civilian hirees and promotees at all levels.. Our laboratories are staffed by civilians because it is impossible to maintain military levels.

Local Talk Radio says it is the liberal SF court. Local opinion is the Supreme Court will sent it back saying let's see your next one!

I HOPE so! Perhaps, we should all pay this guy, who started this, a visit, & tell him that we are there to confiscate ALL his money, so it doesn't "offend" him.
