LOL- I agree- "Gettysburg" was turned out by the Turner Network I think to make quick cash because of the Civil War fad that was then in full force because of Ken Edwards PBS special. It was terrible.

I just watched Gettysburg a couple of weeks ago and kept waiting for either Tom Berringer or Martin Sheen's beards to come unglued. I also laughed at the Reinactors trying to act. I was better as "Sailor #3" in my Jr. High production of South Pacific!!!

The Longstreet beard slays me. Otherwise, the beards in Gettysburg were not so bad.
I thought the kid's name was "upchuck."
