I don't think so at all. Pious muslims generally are not put off by displays of piety in others; indeed they have a whole "thing" about Western secularism.

Bush said in his speech, "The Bible says, 'I have set before you life and death; therefore, choose life.'" I think the fact that he left off the end "that you may live," and omittted the context: it comes as part of the "blessings and curses" in Deuteronomy," indicates that he wants it to be one message to people who know the Bible (Jews and Christians) and a different message to people who couldn't care less about it (Muslims).
