I agree. Except where you think the smokers don't give a damn about how others feel, I feel the protesting non-smokers don't give a damn about how others feel. See how it goes both ways?
Of course, another way to look at it is the protesting non-smokers want everything catered to their personal preference, and if the state should be used to implement it, so be it. This is why I see the protesting non-smokers as bullies. And I hate bullies.

Non-smokers do not endanger the health of others by not smoking. Smokers endanger the health of others by smoking. Non-smokers simply want freedom from the smoke. Do smokers have more rights than non-smokers? Or, do both equally have rights? The right to freedom from health endangerment seems uppermost. No one is telling smokers they can't smoke. Many people are increasingly telling smokers where they can't smoke.
