Why would you be upset that Jim does not personally share our concern

I guess I expected more from someone I truly respect and admire. I just didn't expect that response to this ever escalating crisis. I guess I was hoping for a true heavy weight to help support the fight against one of the most dangerous, threatening issues facing this great country.

JimRob says: If you want to have a right to control or block immigration, abortion, gun grabbing, land grabbing, or whatever issue is important to you in your own state, then I think you should start by doing something about replacing the liberal activist judges that make all this balony possible. How do you do that? Deny the liberals a majority in the Senate. Deny them control of the Congress. Keep them out of the Whitehouse. Deny them control of your local governments.

Looks like JimRob gave you his solution to your singular problem by taking the bigger approach. It doesn't fit your agenda maybe but can have the same effect and also impact a larger array of other problems. So you choose to approach it one way and JimRob another. Too bad you have to feel so: "extremely saddened and distressed by Mr. Robinson's response and lack of concern regarding this issue."

We all know Jim's a great man. When Jim agrees with us on an issue, we feel validated. It's an "atta-boy" and a thump on the back from the Big Man; it's a blessing from Dad. You're disappointed because you were expecting that emotional lift. You didn't get it, and now you're hurt. "How could he do this to me? The problem can't lie with me or my views...so perhaps he isn't so great, after all. But unfortunately, most people think he is, so I'd better call public attention to his backsliding."
