Indeed, but that doesn't mean we should post to whine about it when we they don't.

No whine, as I stated up front, his lack of concern, concerned me.

For example, if President Bush publicly stated that immigration was not a big concern of his, should we remain silent? Should we discuss it? Should we be concerned, and voice concern.

I wasn't! I was interested to hear why someone that I respect thinks that way and his reasons for it.

I believe that poorly enforced immigration laws did make it a little easier for the terrorists to accomplish what they did. If Jim Rob doesn't feel that way, or not enough to consider it a big issue, then that's fine. I still respect him and I understand his point of view as he has expressed it here!

Isn't that what it's all about?
