Sure, there were atrocities committed by Ottoman Turks in the early part of the last century. I will submit to you that since the mid-century, Turks have been one on the best friends and allies we could ask for. Your insult to Turkey, and Turks, is ignorant and rejected.

Actually your ignorance of the facts is insulting to all truth seeking Americans. Let me simplify this for you: The difference between Germans and Turks is that Turks deny deny deny and they continue to oppress and murder and torture!
Insult to Turkey? The Turks have long taken advantage of Cold War politics and now take advantage of their geopolitical position in the regional cauldron - however, there are many many Americans who are fed up with Turkish doubletalk and treachery.
