This sounds reasonable to me. What percent of our "conservative" agenda would you estimate we are getting from the current administration?

Legislation wise, I don't think we've reached Reagan's 75% yet. Overall, including presidential EO`s, directives, agreements and the like, I'd say it's well above 50%. But all legislation and political compromise should be weighed on an individual basis for its direct impact across the board. Not everything is all bad.
