I have read your arguments for finding a conservative candidate to your liking. They include: Today I'd advocate the massive election day protest which would see Bush wind up with about 10% of the vote, the opponent about 40%. The massive protests would leave no doubt in the Republican's minds that come the next election day, there damned well better be a conservative on the ballot.
You would hand over the reins of government to the democrats simply in an effort to garner a candidate that would appeal to your side of the isle? You dont have a side of the isle and 8 years of a President Hillary Clinton still would not gain you the candidate you desire.
Your perceptions of the President and his accomplishments are simply tainted by your bitterness and inability to move forward.
Yes I would advocate dumping the party for one go around. My state hasn't got 12 years to turn this sucker around. Either we face up to the problems we have or we are going to go under. Ignoring the problem for another decade is not an option.
No, I woudn't hand over the reigns of government to get a candidate of my chosing, but I would turn it over to get someone on board that would protect our borders the next time around. I don't want any more of our radio stations television stations, jobs and other entities going Spanish instead of English or denying US citizens jobs unless they speak Spanish.
Bitterness, at having my state overrun by foreign nationals, now why would that bother anyone?
