Apparently yes. If you go to Google and then click on "Advanced Search," you'll find a number of options. One of them lets you limit your search to web pages in a language that you specify, and Arabic is one of the choices. I don't know Arabic, and I don't know what would be involved in typing Arabic script or in getting it to appear correctly. (I would think you'd need something like an Arabic language kit with Unicode support, but I'm just guessing.)
