NEW YORK -- A top executive at Deutsche Bank sued the company for alleged sex discrimination Friday, charging she was sent to a business meeting at which "a scantily-clad Marilyn Monroe look-alike" fondled her co-workers.
Virginia Gambale, a top bank spokeswoman, filed suit in Manhattan federal court, accusing several male executives of passing her over for promotion.
"The overall work environment at Deutsche Bank is inhospitable to women, particularly to those few women in higher-level positions such as Gambale's," the lawsuit claims.

Why not just ask them to get the Chipendale guys, for next year's party? "Equal" paid sexual titilation, as an executive perc.

You know, if Clinton had done this the NOW gang would have been cheering!

Virginia Gambale
Marilyn Monroe.

>>>Gambale said that despite a stellar career, she was
denied several positions <<<
and obviously turned down the horizontal one...

Her suit is ludicrous, but I'm glad I'm not a share holder of Deutch Bank. If I were, I would look to invest my money elswhere. It's one thing to provide a vacation retreat for important executives where this expense leads to greater productivity overall by the employee, it's another to have them throw themselves a party that caters to their purile interests. That's not a legitamit corporate expense.
In addition, if I were one these executives, I would look for another job. One where my coworkers and clients were professionals and our relationship depended upon well thought out business processes that lead to business success for all.

what, is she mad that the Marilyn Monroe lookalike didn't fondle her? Maybe if she stayed home and played good little wife she wouldn't have to worry about the big mean executives. Flame away, I hate stupid lawsuits and women who want equality and then can't handle a man's world.

That is sooooooooo true. I remember William Bennet on This Week with David Brinkly; along with Patricia Ireland from NOW. Bennet finally closed his yellow legal pad, sighed, and said: "We are talking about RAPE for God's sake!
Ireland shifted in her seat, put her nose in the air, and whiffed: "That's your opinion."

"Her suit is ludicrous ..." It sure is. You'd think that a bank executive would have better taste in clothing.
Sorry, I couldn't resist. :-)
