Whenever I get a call from the Republican National Committee or the NJ RC I tell them I only donate to the candidate of my choice, the state or national parties will not see a penny from me because of the way they treat the candidates.

I will also be a thorn in the side of Torricelli and those REPUBLICANS who support the little scum.

Chuck Haytaian, the former Republican State Chairman and Assembly Speaker, has contributed $2,000 to the re-election campaign of Democrat Bob Torricelli
I remember this clown well, because the gentleman I succeded as VP of the College Republicans left to devote more time to work as the "youth coordinator" for UpChuck's campaign. This kid told me that anyone who was even remotely pro-life (ie those who had the gall to oppose public financing and late-term abortions) were "out of the mainstream" of the party. This kid was the the most left-wing Republican I had met in my life and the fact that he was an enthusiatic Haytaian supporter made me wary of having Chucky succeed Lautenberg. Haytaian was a wishy-washy RINO who was crushed despite the '94 Republican landslide and is now showing himself to be the Dem he truly is.
Even more sickening is how many of my relatives and friends are sticking with the Torch because he is "for the little guy." To me, he is simply Addonizio with prettier girlfriends.

Dear Garabed,
You slimy, no-good, two-faced, RINO, scum. Get OUT of our party.
Sincerely,
Antoninus

I think I might send him a letter stating just that. What can he do to me?

Let's face it, republicans lose because the party caters to the democrats, pollsters and the press. Did State GOP Chairman Senator Joe Kyrillos, repudiate Hatayan? NOPE, that leads one to believe he approved, NO? They do not want to labeled as conservatives, pro life, pro 2nd amendment or as being religious (religious right)so you know what happens, they LOSE as did the following moderates: Forrester, Franks, Zimmer, Hatayan, Whitman, Dawkins, etc.
How can a republican "define" himself when he shares many of the platforms of a Democrat, maybe not as extreme to the left of the dems, but pointing in their direction.
I suggest NJ republicans to really READ and follow the platform of the Republican Party. I'll give you a hint: pro life, pro 2nd amendment, school choice, low tax, it's funny, I never heard Doug Forrester mention a flat tax, cut long term and short term capital gains taxes, cut airline ticket taxes and gas taxes, tuition tax credits, etc.

Isn't it strange that the republicans who followed the platform won their elections. I wonder why? Could it be that they defined themselves and didn't waffle on the issues. Could it be that they did not seek out BOTH the pro choice endorsement of the Pro choice republicans and the pro life endorsement of the NJ RTL? How does seeking a pro life and a pro choice endorsement define oneself? I am a bit confused.
