It was like that in Beavercreek, Ohio, one night -- at midnight it was 98 Degrees and 98% humidity! Our heat pump didn't seem to be able to handle it so I took my young daughter at the time and went to sleep in the lower level which was cooler.

They definitely could not have factored in humidity!
