FBI SEIZES DOCUMENTS IN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF HILLARY CLINTON SENATE CAMPAIGN

Storage Facility Raided, Clinton Photographs and Documents Seized

Search Warrant Sought Documents Related to Hillary’s Campaign For Senate, Hollywood Tribute To Bill Clinton, Hillary’s Campaign Finance Director Also Targeted

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, reported that the FBI seized documents relating to Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the U.S. Senate. The documents were seized in a May 30 raid of a California storage facility containing documents of Peter Paul, the entrepreneur who funded Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign with over $2 million dollars in direct, in-kind contributions which were never reported by Hillary Clinton or her Senate campaign, as required by law. Mr. Paul's money funded the August, 2000 production of “The Hollywood Gala Farewell Tribute To President Clinton,” which featured many Hollywood stars. Mr. Paul’s support for the event was also publicly denied by Mrs. Clinton in The Washington Post and in a debate with then opponent Rick Lazio. The government is seeking the cooperation of Mr. Paul, who is in a Brazilian prison pursuant to an U.S. extradition request on alleged stock and bank fraud. Mr. Paul has already provided evidence to Justice Department investigators in Brazil about the criminal activity of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Mr. Paul told the Department of Justice about the documents and storage facility ten months ago, and had provided them with documentation (checks, videos, financial statements) of his work for the Clintons in early 2001. Mr. Paul donated the over $2 million to the Clinton campaign as part of a $17 million offer to Bill Clinton to work with him after he left the Oval Office.

The search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of the storage facility specifically references the Clintons and the New York Senate campaign. The search warrant authorizes the seizure of:

Records relating to New York Senate 2000, the Hollywood Gala Salute to President William Jefferson Clinton, the Federal Election Commission, David Rosen and Aaron Tonken...

(David Rosen was the Director of Finance for Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign, and Aaron Tonken is a Democrat fundraiser who raised money for the Clintons. Both men have knowledge of Mr. Paul’s contributions.

)

“Mr. Paul could have turned the documents about the Clintons over to the FBI months ago under a cooperation agreement. Instead, he waits in a Brazilian dungeon for the Ashcroft Justice Department to get serious about this corruption case. So it is a welcome sign that the Justice Department is turning up the heat on this new crime scandal concerning the Clintons,” stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

Attorney General John Ashcroft received 59,535 petitions late last year from Judicial Watch supporters protesting Mr. Paul’s disparate treatment and demanding full justice against the Clintons in this new scandal.

Why do you think he's in Brazil? He knows the Clinton's will and probably already have put a price on his head. Mr. Paul was the one to come forward to expose the Clinton's. Do you really think the DOJ/FBI actually found this out on their own? The way I heard this was that when Mr. Paul gave Clinton the 2 mil Clinton was supposed to pardon him for things he had on his record, but Slick Willie decided to just keep the 2 mil and not give the pardon, then Paul went to the justice dept. and turned himself in.

I may be wrong but it does seem to be feasible that someone could get so fed up w/ Clinton that he will risk his own life in order to bring him down. I also heard that one of the provisions of Peter Paul's help in getting the Clinton's is that anyone testifying against the Clinton's i.e.... Hollywood celebrities, will be given complete immunity. I really wish I had some proof of all this but don't so don't believe anything I have just typed.

The Clinton crime ring has a pretty well established global reach. If Mr. Paul is willing to do it, I wish him complete success...but I ALSO hope he is not on heart medication...and if he IS, I hope it is being monitored carefully.

"Mr. Paul has already provided evidence to Justice Department investigators in Brazil about the criminal activity of Bill and Hillary Clinton".

Yeah Yeah Yeah, but it's only what the Feds do with 'Evidence' that matters!Since there wasn't a big enough stink about those 16 FALN Pardoned Terrorists,I'm not holding my breath on any charges ever being brought up and followed through against these 2 Devils.Of course I'll continue to wish this would occur, but it's really way to much for me to expect anymore. With the publication of Barbara Olsens book, why they couldn't and weren't charged with Something is beyond me.

The DOJ has determined that it's in the interest of the United States government to provide an attorney in this case. Now, why would they do that if this were purely Hillary Clinton's problem?

You ought to stop trying to paint this as some personal favor the President is doing for Hillary Clinton. You have no evidence of that, and spreading your ideas that have no foundation is beyond irresponsible.

Klayman's actions to bring justice against the Clintons has so far been circumvented in one way or the other by the Bush DOJ. If these are/were just witch hunts the DOJ would not get involved. Unless or until the DOJ gets out of the way Klayman's efforts will be futile. I heard Bill O'Rielly say today that the Dems told Bush if he pursues any legal action against the Clintons thus embarrassing the Dems that they will halt any policy he trys to implament and that his presidency would be essentially over. Obviously Bush bought it.

Why do you Bush lovers refuse to answer the most simple questions. Are you afraid of being put on the spot, or having to take a position. I asked two simple questions and you completely evaded them. You are so quick to defend Bush that you can't even carry on a conversation.I give up.

The way I heard this was that when Mr. Paul gave Clinton the 2 mil Clinton was supposed to pardon him for things he had on his record, but Slick Willie decided to just keep the 2 mil and not give the pardon, then Paul went to the justice dept. and turned himself in.

What I recall reading on this is as follows (there were some threads on this a few months ago, but I can't swear I remember this right):

Paul is a swindler who was indicted by the Ashcroft Dep't of Justice for securities fraud. He skipped to Brazil before they could arrest him. He then hired Larry Klayman as his defense lawyer. Klayman claimed that Paul had evidence that he (Paul) had made illegal campaign contributions to Hillary, and said that he (Klayman) would give those records to Ashcroft if Ashcroft gave Paul immunity from prosecution for his stock frauds. Ashcroft said no deal, and Paul was arrested in Brazil, pending extradition to the US.

It now seems that Ashcroft found where Klayman had these records stashed, and seized them.

This means either that the DOJ suspects that Klayman's evidence is real, and wants to use it against Hillary without having to give immunity to Paul, or that they suspect the evidence is bogus, and want to use it to pile on some more charges against Paul.

If I have the background wrong, someone will, I'm sure, correct me.

I give up.

That's because you can't win. You're talking out of your backside, and you have no idea why the DOJ has determined this suit is worth the government's time and money. Furthermore, you've been caught spreading a lie that is based on nothing more substantive than your own imagination. You should be embarrassed.

LOS ANGELES – A campaign donor who sued former President Bill Clinton and U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton for not abiding to an alleged agreement lost the first round of a legal dispute.

Superior Court Judge Aurelio Munoz dismissed the civil lawsuit Tuesday because Peter Paul has been indicted in a criminal case. The suit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it can be refiled.

I'm not sure what the current status of PP is.

You get harassing Howlin about the death of her child from what FreedominJesusChrist wrote? I suppose you could make a weather report look like a KKK rally, if you had enough of a personal grudge against the weatherman. However, for rational people it would shed light on you, not the guy on TV.

The only embarrasment I feel is that I wasted quite a bit of my time trying to logically debate with a bunch of bushbots. You pople are shameless in your defense of BUSH and the dishonesty he represents. You keep doing your thing, it won't matter I know what I have to do and there is a growing number of conservatives that agree with me. You and your kind are helping to alienate a lot of us. Your no different than the clinton lovers who would see no wrong in what slick willie did to this country and Bush is doing the same.

It would also be a better place if someone who asked to have their account removed would not have just signed back up under a new name.

While we're at it, it would be a better place if moderators would refrain from making snide little personal comments. If you've got something to say, sign in under your usual name and say it there.
