The Justice Dept. found a sympathetic judge to rule their way (and that must've been real tough), and everything's hunky-dory with you?

The arguement that the government is ready and interested in applying this same treatement to each of us is simply not demenstrated. When it is demonstrated there are plenty of us who will throw wrenches in the mechanism.

Well, if you're willing to show the kind of credulity towards government that you're showing now, then forgive me if I don't have 100% confidence in your decisiveness when the time comes.

He had physical evidence on his person. He confessed. He turned stoolie on some of his compatriots, who ere also arrested....

Yet you persist in writing as though he's guilty of nothing worse than jaywalking.
