WHAT LOOPHOLE??? Why, in ALL of the articles, news reports, etc. that have talked about this BS, the authors or broadcasters NEVER PURCHASED A GUN?? Wouldn't THAT be the icing on the cake? Isn't that what investigative reporters do? Gee, funny how NONE of them have EVER mentioned in their stories "it was so easier to use the loophole that I ourchased this gun". DO IT....CONVINCE ME!!! SHOW ME HOW EASY IT IS. Freak'n liars. Scare mongerers.

You have a really good point. You see all of the time on "investigative" programs the reporters take a camera somewhere and show the public "how easy" something is. They wont do it here. If they did, and you had a crew that knew the law but just wanted to be deceptive, they would just go to a show that allows private individuals to sell, buy a gun from him, and say "see, no paper work, no background check. Its that easy".

WHAT LOOPHOLE??? Exactly! The GCA68, which required retail dealers to get licenses, was based on the "interstate commerce clause", and was a loophole in itself. "Instant check", which is not the same as a "background check", relies on that same loophole, since it applies only to FFL-licensed retail dealers. It too depends on the loophole of the interstate commerce clause.
But gun-grabbers pretend not to see that. To them, complete federal control of all firearms has always been there, so the non-background-check by non-retail-dealers is a mere "loophole" that should be easily closed. In reality, the gun laws themselves are loopholes within loopholes.

I hate the press Puppage...they need to convince us about the EASY access to guns...In NY here, to buy a gun it's almost impossible...Only the criminals and terrorists have them here...
