Somewhere, I heard someone bring up the idea, that the unidentified print on the bannister,was in such a position and angle that it looked as if someone were leaning over the railing to see if the coast was clear.

It was exactly opposite of what it should be if heading that direction on the stairs.

Yes, I posted that on the last thread after conducting an experiment in my own home. I have stairs also, and couldn't picture what the guy was talking about. Went upstairs and started back down and then could see the only way --IMO-- it would make sense to have a handprint in that manner.
