#1.) All of the studies purporting to show a danger from second hand smoke, show just the opposite; that SHS is in fact benign.

#2.)The EPA study that classified SHS as a Class I carcinigen was invalidated by a Federal judge in 1998.

#3.)The subject under discussion is whether or not a property owner has control over what he can or can not allow ON HIS OWN PROPERTY.

#4.)If the peeing in the pool analogy is the best you can do, expect people here to ignore you. Come up with facts and figures and stop whining.

No one ever taught these "conservatives" how to love one another , I guess. They have been hanging around the LIBERALS too long.
