June 19, 2002 -- Martha Stewart has come clean to Congress - sort of.
Stewart's lawyer yesterday faxed congressional staffers probing the ImClone insider-trading scandal a number of documents the investigators had been pressuring her to hand over.
But missing from the package was proof of Stewart's key claim that she and her Merrill Lynch broker Peter Bacanovic set up a standing order that her shares in the troubled biotech firm should be sold if they dropped below a certain price.
