June 19, 2002 -- Martha Stewart has come clean to Congress - sort of.

Stewart's lawyer yesterday faxed congressional staffers probing the ImClone insider-trading scandal a number of documents the investigators had been pressuring her to hand over.

But missing from the package was proof of Stewart's key claim that she and her Merrill Lynch broker Peter Bacanovic set up a standing order that her shares in the troubled biotech firm should be sold if they dropped below a certain price.

Looks like sweet old Martha is taking a page out of the Clintons' notebook....deny, polarize...attack.....pure Clintonista.

And unless she can come up with those stop order instructions she claims she gave to the broker, she will be just another discarded tissue of the democraps.

Except Martha is not the President. In fact she is going to be the poster girl for insider trading and Congress is starting to wake up to the fact that millionbs of ordinary Americans got ripped off by Imclone, Enron, Global Crossing and others. I think lard butt is going to jail.
