Nichol's ex-wife is married to ANOTHER Padilla.

I have been through this thread and this is the only substantiation I can find that there is no Al-Qaeda Padilla- Nichols wife connection. Obviously it's a good bet that this Padilla was not married to Nichols ex-wife, but more information must be examined before a connection can be ruled out categorically. For example, you would need to look at the Padilla married to Nichols ex-wife and consider his immediate relatives with the same last name and address history and compare with a similiar list for the terrorist Padilla.

I am not sure the work would be worth it, but it surprises me people are willing to except the premise that there is no connection without investigating the possibility.

I can not find where you have given the full name and address history of the Padilla married to Nichols' ex-wife, that would be a good start.

In light of 4,000 documents of the OKC bombing turning up in the FBI McVeigh's attorney tried to get a stay to have time to review the docs. McViegh get a one month stay. It is common knowledge that there were eye witness reports of a Jhon Doe was involved. In the normal course of law all the info would be sought before putting one of the culprits to death. Granted, McVeigh should have been exicuted but the looming question that he had the answer to is "who is the John Doe". It now appears that Jose Pedilla, recently arrested as a muslim terrosit looks just like the scetch of the OKC John Doe. Unfortunately the dominant media isn't touching this one either. This whole episode wreaks of a Clinton/FBI and now Bush/DOJ cover up.

Great question. I would say there are a number of reasons, the first being a threat to Bush from the Democratic powers to not embarrass the Dems by seeking justice against the Clintons. According to Bill O'Rielly, a Congressman told him personally that after the 2002 election Bush met with every Senetor and Congressman in a one on one and Bush was told by a few heavy weight Dems they would shut him down as President if he pursued investigations into THE Clintons. They threatened to block any and all legislation that originates in the White House. It's the go along to get along way of DC thus Bush's "let's just move on attitude". The second reason are the FBI files the Clintons have in their possession. If they were no longer worrysome to most if not all public officials in DC, I would think someone would've been held accountable for them being taken (Craig Livingstone and Hillary Clinton). As it stands, especially after the Clinton presidency, the US gov has little credibility in terms of promoting equal justice guaranteed by our Constitutioanl. If they let it be known the level of corruption and coverup that permiates the halls of Congress and the White House the masses would (hopefully) demand it be cleaned up, beginning with the removal of a lot of the old blood. If the US gov falls apart the powers at be don't want it to be at the hands of citizens, that would be counter to the objective of the New World Order. Bottom line, the elected branches of Gov would come under more scrutiny than they could handle.
