And the first of these is with respect to a William Davis. And the parties have agreed that if he were called as a witness in this case, he would testify as follows: "I am married to Patricia Davis, who is the sister of the defendant, Timothy James McVeigh. In early 1993, I owned and operated a business known as Bill Davis Electric which was then located in my home at 11240 N.W. 27th Court, Plantation, Florida, 33323.

John Berger is now reporting on
www.whoisjohndoe2.com that Benevolence International's lease in Florida coincides with the time McVeigh was in Fort Lauderdale.

re:Poisoning food--Immigrant Muslims owning fast-food franchises...
Doubt the poisoning part, but think fast-food franchises are an ideal means to provide employment and connections to immigrants who want to move "under the radar." If you're used to seeing Middle-Eastern men selling sandwiches at the Subway, will you notice if there's a high turnover of these same men?

Here's 1995-2001:
Padilla, born in New York City, grew up in Chicago, where he joined a gang and spent several years in a juvenile prison for participating in a street brawl and holdup. He served a 10-month sentence in Florida on assault and gun charges. After his release, Padilla began using the name "Ibrahim" and studying the Quran at a mosque in Pembroke Pines from 1995 to 1997, said Maulana Shafayat Mohamed, the mosque's prayer leader. Mohamed remembered a quiet young man who always wore a traditional scarf. "I never saw him without the scarf and that's unusual," he said. "In America most people do not wear this."
Mohamed said Padilla studied the Quran on Saturday mornings for a few months but did not attend prayer services at the mosque. The suspect never gave any indication of being an extremist, he added.
Court records show Padilla married Stultz in January 1996, listing himself only as "Ibrahim" on the marriage certificate. Stultz filed for divorce in 2000 because she hadn't seen him in about two years, said her divorce lawyer, Linda Smith.
Smith said the couple had no marital assets or children. When the divorce was completed in 2001, Padilla's address was listed as Cairo, Egypt. Smith said she believed the address came from Padilla's mother.

1994:
"His [Padilla's] schooling appears limited. Three of his high school years were spent in the juvenile center, where he took courses at an alternative school, though it's unclear whether he earned a diploma. When he filed name-change paperwork in 1994, he listed his job title as "maintanace" in big, uneven, childlike handwriting."

It has always bothered me "why" was the execution of McVeigh carried out SO swiftly.

Taliban Johnny- American citizen caught fighting in a foreign country - open civilian trial
Masoui (sp) non citizen caught in American acting as a combatant - open civilian trial
Padilla - American citizen caught on American soil want-a-be combatant- secret military trial
Now I get it.

I've seen that name-change dated May and June '94. Apparently a court record survives. "Maintanance" would presumably be the job he had for a few months at the country club. Leaves the second half of '94 and all of '95 unaccounted for.

That mosque leader Mohamed has been giving various vague datings for Padilla's being at his mosque. They've appeared in a number of press reports. They all mention '95, but they all seem to contain some indication of approximation ("about," or a range of years.) I think this is very flimsy evidence for Padilla's whereabouts in '95.
These datings started to appear right after we started to ask on the Net about Padilla's whereabouts in '95. I suspect government-inspired disinformation. It'll be interesting to see if any solid documentation for Padilla's whereabouts in '95 appears.

Could you refresh me on what this Benevolence International is all about?

Been using Google for all of my searches, maybe the way-back machine would help out. I'll post what I find here, after my visit. ;-)

I see on that website that McVeigh returned to Florida in 1994. When in 1994 are where in Florida? I am now interested in that 1994 Florida visit to Florida. BTW, how did McVeigh receive his funds? Did he have a job? It costs money just to eat plus McVeigh seems to have done a lot of travelling.

It's a Moslem charity now headquartered in Chicago that's been linked to Hamas and that the U.S. government has now banned as terrorist-related. Apparently it started in Florida. I think it's been linked to the radicals with whom Padilla associated at the radical Masjid al-Iman mosque in Ft. Lauderdale. It was in Florida (and in the Ft. Lauderdale area) when Padilla converted and McVeigh was in the area. Now, at a time when Padilla was just arrested getting off a flight to Chicago, it is in Chicago.
I believe OKCSubmariner can tell you a lot more about this "charity."

I can't answer your questions, but no doubt there are those on this site who can.

The problem is there was/is more than one "John Does' hence the confusion. It was kinda like a feedin' frenzy too many operators, lack of coordination among the LEO's, too many ci's etc.

Yep. Looking for only a single John Doe was, and is, a mistake.

I have heard that Padilla has been arrested and will be held until the "war on terror" is over. Is this true?? Who is holding him? Does he have a lawyer? Has he been charged? Will he get a trial? Is his case different that all of the other terrorists captured so far? Why was the administration wincing about Ashcrofts characterization of Padilla's "plot"? If Padilla was JD#2, then wouldn't he be a terrible liability to those who are involved in the cover-up of OKC?? Wouldn't it make sense that those folks would want JD#2/Padilla contained? Why was Ashcroft hell bent on seeing McVeigh dead. Even in light of the thousands of documents the FBI suddenly found before the execution. Could Ashcroft want Padilla contained for the same reasons? Will we see a death penalty in Padilla's future? Why would this administration be continuing the cover-up of the OKC tradgedy.....which occured on Clintons watch? When will we get to see ALL of the video tapes showing JD#2? It would after all put this issue to rest........or does the government have something to hide?
