Why do you feel that way? There must be a good reason. I'm sure it's some sort of business decision and not an editorial comment. With all of this credit card fraud going on with Government employees, I can't say I blame them.

I stopped buying at Home Depot immediately after visiting the new Lowe's here. Lowe's is so much better in quality, prices and service, not to mention appearance.

I salute them. This is the only way that reverse discrimination can be fought. Unfortunately numerous jackles will take up the slack.

"I just stopped doing business with Home Depot." Why? Why should you as a customer tell a private business who they must do business with?

I just stopped doing business with Home Depot. So I guess you think it's OK for businesses to be forced into complying with FED Laws they don't want to be subjected to? Frankly, I'm so impressed I'm gonna go out of my way to do business with them.

I don't blame you for not doing business with home depot
They have a bad habit of coming into an area, driving the small businesses out of business, then hire the former employees and owners.
Then after the store is open for a while they stop catering to the contractors, lay the good people off and keep the idiots.
I can't tell you how many times i have gone in there lately just to have to stand in line cause only 2 registers were open.

Unfortunately, Home Depot is taking the correct action.
Allowing the government to do business there makes Home Depot liable for numerous government laws, regulations, and executive orders that will *punish* them prohibitively for ordinary and proper business practices. Nobody needs that...except maybe you, A. Morgan...until you understand it.

Home Depot is doing the smart thing. If it does business with the feds it can open itself up to thousands of laws and regulations.
To: A. Morgan
Can you hear that? Yeah...that...that is the noise of Home Depot stock hitting the floor today at 9:30 am.
To: A. Morgan
I just stopped doing business with Home Depot.Ditto! Never again will they see my face.
To: A. Morgan
Why?
The government places special laws on business that supply the Federal Government. Home Depot would rather not accept those restrictions. They would rather be free of those government restrictions than do business with them. Good for them. If more businesses stood up against the government the government would be forced to rethink it policies. That is a good thing.

I read a few years ago in Dillion precision "The Blue Press" that Home Depot gave money to Handgun Control Inc.
Since that day I've gone out of my way not to do business with them.
