Possible likeness, but so is Strassmeir. The strength of the Strassmeir ID is that he was a federal informant, with military expertise, connected to Elohim City (he was head of security).

Some silmilarities in the pictures but also some differences. The eyebrows look the same. However the ethnicity of the eyes of Padilla look different from the ethnicity drawn in John Doe#2. The ehtnicity in general looks way different. Padilla's eyes look distinctively different.

Have seen freepers post claiming people prior to Padilla looked like John Doe#2. How many different people are people going to try to claim that they look like Doe#2.

Can think of maybe four people I have seen in my lifetime that may look more like John Doe#2 including possibly Lou Ferigno.

Not saying you are wrong here, just saying I don't necessarily believe that you guys have made a convincing case or are right.
