If this story is true......why can't the US get the money back?

I double-checked the story and it looks like this is Arab supplied $$$s.
No mention of US aid (although it could have been?):

In any case, it just illustrates once again that he is NOT capable of being a
responsible head of any proposed Palestinian State, imho............
