Wow. I'm glad to see a Kuwaiti newspaper coming out with this kind of story. Does the fact that the Kuwaiti government controls the press lend the story any credibility, or is it just a way for the Kuwaiti government to send a message?

Well. Since Arafat presents himself as such a devout Muslim, it shouldn't be a problem that Sharia dictates that his hand be cut off as punishment for his theft. In Riyadh's "chop-chop square" they used to do this sort of thing right after mid-day prayers. I assume they do the same in the West Bank somewhere. I'll bring the popcorn.
