Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank You for this day and for Your abundant blessings towards us. I thank You for the sunshine and for the rain, for good days and for bad- for each has a lesson we must learn that will draw us closer to being conformed to the image of Your precious Son. I thank You for Your guidance and for just listening to us when we pray. And I thank You for the knowledge that You hold tomorrow. If we didn't have that, we would probably be terrified by fear. But we do have Your peace which passes all understanding and which casts out all fear, so we are thankful.

Lord, I pray for President Bush today and ask that You would move in his life and direct him in all of his steps. Help him to follow You Lord and to desire to do Your will. Give him Your wisdom and courage and make him into the man You want him to be - the man this nation needs him to be. Give him discernment Lord, and do not let him turn to the right or the left but follow Your ways every day.

I pray for the judicial appointments Lord which are stalled and those which have not yet been submitted. Confound the enemy in his attemts to control our federal and state judiciaries. Make Godly men and women the temporal judges of this land, and glorify Yourself in their decisions.

Go with us the rest of this day, Lord and into Tomorrow. For it is in the precious and holy name of Christ Jesus my Lord that I pray these things, Amen.

Heavenly Father, I worship You and praise You for You are merciful to those who fear You from generation to generation.You have performed mighty deeds with Your arm; You have scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.I love You and adore You.

Father, I pray for the President tonite that Your hand would be upon him to direct his steps. I pray he would have the mind of Christ in all decisions for no decision is without spiritual consequence.I pray You will listen to the cry of his heart and of our hearts also Lord. We all need You and can't get by a minute without Your help.

Lord, I pray for our military and law enforcement tonite that Your hand would be upon them also and that You would hear their petitons and encourage them, in Jesus name, amen.

Father bring continuing peace and trust to President Bush. Meet with him each day in prayer. Lord still his spirit that he may hear you, and favor every right decision he makes and places before legislators and policymakers. Defend his cause against the ungodly man.

In the matter of our supreme court judges, Lord, bring about what will need to be in place, to put just men and women in those positions. Move on the proposers, move the powers that be, move on every voice that can speak for justice. Stop the lying voice of the father of lies, and present sound reason before those who debate. Help us to find, God, just laws and just enforcement.

Give this nation the good that flows from God's favor. Let the Spirit of light and truth be over the church around the world, and let the works of the terrorists catch them in their own nets.

Protect the men and women in the military, Father, that their efforts and sacrifices not be wasted. Guard and watch over the military service of Eric, the son of OhioWFan, who is Yours, in this world but not of it, along with many others of your own. He is Your workmanship, bless, protect and strengthen him.
