They were born in the region but later became U.S. citizens according to FOX...it was all they had on the story as it was breaking. Is it me? or is it getting quite nauseating finding our citizens over there planning this crap?

It's you.
The perps are obviously future Republicans. Get over it.

OUCH!

Very nauseating. But not as nauseating as the people who STILL do not want to take the threat seriously...

It does not really surprise me. Not everyone who lives in this country loves it. Not to say that there is any excuse for doing this... but look at Columbine - these were home grown terrorists that probably would have joined given the opportunity.
To: hchutch
Yet we are now concerned whether they are being held correctly? Whether they should be tried as criminals or as a terrorist? How can liberals sleep at night?

I shouldn't say I am surprised. I have witnessed first hand the hate for this country. This is embarassing to me I guess. I look at this country with so much love for what it offers and our history as a republic. But at the same time it makes me sick, knowing who is allowed to live here and try or destroy it at the same time...and STILL HAVE RIGHTS.

Keep in mind, they think we're in the wrong whenever we kick butt, no matter how bad the provocation. It's just the same-old, same-old BS from Berkeley, only it was allowed to become mainstream in the late 60s.

2 More Americans Arrested In Pakistan..Al Qaeda Related Paging Stanley Cohen. Your lying, traitorous mouth is needed to defend terrorists who are planning to kill Americans. Paging Stanley Cohen...
To: hchutch
Yep. This is a predictable result of the hate-America-firstism the left and the media have been dishing out since Vietnam.

It's not only the liberals. I was totally surprised at the large number of posters in this very forum who expressed those views yesterday. They just don't get it - maybe they think September 11 was a bad dream.

Good evening, I'm Dan Rather. In yet another attempt to deflect criticism away from its own incompetence, the Bush administration announced the arrest of two more Americans in Pakistan. According to John Ashcroft, that is, how the republican attorney general sees and decrees it, the two have ties, are said to have ties, as the republican attorney general sees it, to Al-Qaeda, a group the government believes to be a quote "terrorist organization". In respone to the adminsitration's obvious and blatant politicization of the war, Tom Daschle said today that he is "troubled".

I was totally surprised at the large number of posters in this very forum who expressed those views yesterday. From what I saw, it was a relatively small group, but few took the time to seriously debate them so they felt free to plaster their idiocy all over the place.

Pretty good Dan Blather impersonation.
I heard a rumor that half of the Middle Eastern residents of Newark NJ booked flights to Pakistan just after Sept. 11th.

Is it me? or is it getting quite nauseating finding our citizens over there planning this crap?It is not you. A people that are stupid enough to elect bill clinton as their president, and, for crying out loud, foolish enough to
re-elect bill clinton as their president, are going to have some number of traitors among their citizenry.

If they were born in the region, that makes them Middle Easterners who became American citizens. So I don't view them as regular old Americans gone bad, as many posters are attempting to do. These appear to be nothing but Islamist fanatics who (more than likely became educated here) and returned home to plan their heinous attacks - which makes them even worse scum.

We should start executing Americans who fight against this country.
