If that the U.S. find anyone whether American, Arab or whatever plotting, planning and/or conspiring to harm one strand of hair of an American, they should be in a military tribunal, not in our federal court system. We are well aware that their are Americans that are members of these Jihadist groups, and I for one have no sympathy for them.

If the media every replays the press conference of GWB after his meeting with the Saudi prince you can tell by GWB's expression that the news was not good. Take a look at Israel the homicide bombers are endless and this is not government lies. These people don't care about a constitution. If the Americans that are a part of these radical groups cared about our constitution why are they fighting against the constitution. I'm sorry, but I don't understand why some of us just don't get it. These people are radicals including their American members out to destroy us, our rights, our freedom. And if we let that happen, you can kiss the constitution goodbye.
