That isn't a right. If your neighbor gives you permission to enter his property for something you do not have the right to be there. You are there because he has allowed it. He could ask you to leave any time. If you had the right to be there then you would not have had to ask permission in the first place.

All rights come from the same place. Nobody has the right to swim in a public pool. That is a privilege created by the government who built the pool. You do know the difference between rights and privileges don't you?
