So, do you believe rights come from government, society, or Ben Franklin?

Different rights have different sources. The right to swim in a public pool comes from society.

Where do you contend that right comes from?

Different rights have different sources.

So you believe rights are subjective things to be determined by those in power.

The right to swim in a public pool comes from society.

That isn't a right. If your neighbor gives you permission to enter his property for something you do not have the right to be there. You are there because he has allowed it. He could ask you to leave any time. If you had the right to be there then you would not have had to ask permission in the first place.

Where do you contend that right comes from?

When you answer the question as to wether you believe alcohol should be banned, which has been posed to you numerous times, I'll tell you where rights come from.

Different rights have different sources.

All rights come from the same place. Nobody has the right to swim in a public pool. That is a privilege created by the government who built the pool. You do know the difference between rights and privileges don't you?
