Thanks for your concern. I'll be honest, this case has all of us a bit spooked. I now request a security person to walk me to my car at night if I work late, I don't leave windows open on the first floor of my house at night. We're all just being more cautious. If I hear anything, I will let you all know. Thanks again...

I don't leave windows open on the first floor of my house at night.Unfortunately in this day and age, I don't think anyone should do so, no matter where they live.

"I now request a security person to walk me to my car at night if I work late, I don't leave windows open on the first floor of my house at night." Good move- don't relax when this particular case is over. Even Utah is not safe- I am aware of some horrendous crimes that have taken place there (remember the beauty-shop murders? How about Gary Gilmore? and so on).
There is NOTHING more dangerous than having a false sense of security, and walking into a bad situation that you weren't alert enough to see coming.

I watched 'Brigham City' a couple of weeks ago and this case keeps bringing it to mind.
