Testimony from yesterday. Keith, the MH storage guy and multiple neighbors' recollections on last seeing MH at DW's house. It was sometime in Dec., so it had been slightly less than two months, but not "every weekend" camping.

Again, does Wesrefield have any established habit with regard to when he goes out? After long night out, after drinking, what ever -- what are his baseline habits?
What case of circumstance can be made when only ONE circumstance is examined? That one case will always seem strange. The normal habits and normal variances from them HAVE to be examined, else the circumstance can not, I think in fairness, be used to convict.

Indeed. And several neighbors did, in fact, talk about observing past "packing the MH" sessions and the gist was they were more involved than the hasty prep done on this day. (The witnesses didn't make these conclusions, just talked about seeing the MH being stocked or unloaded in the past and this trip did seem different to my ears, tho I'll repeat---no conclusions were made by witnesses or prosecution at this time)

".....$24 but cash was a $50 and 4 ones." So......Westerfield was a tad "hungover" from the previous nights festivities, driving around trying to locate friends to hang with so perhaps his vision was blurry...or maybe he's dyslexic?

We have a RV and we never open the curtains. I never considered this to be a problem. Every once in while we open the ones by our dining table but other than this we leave them closed. We have friends who travel with us and they never open their blinds. There are some people that are private and don't wish others to look into their homes. After all there is not a lot of room between the RV's or MH's in the parks.

Was the $24 for two people or two days?
To: Rheo
can't recall document name that would allow them to track the traffic flow and campers......detective morris was the last person to rec the report...copy should be in archives

Well, I'm a tent man, myself, but I believe it refers to setting the MH floor level so one's bed is not on an incline. If there's more to it than that, others will have to comment.

His driving skills must match his housekeeping skills. What is the point of all this drivel? Dusek is stalling for time. Or the election.
