What case of circumstance can be made when only ONE circumstance is examined? That one case will always seem strange. The normal habits and normal variances from them HAVE to be examined, else the circumstance can not, I think in fairness, be used to convict.
Indeed. And several neighbors did, in fact, talk about observing past "packing the MH" sessions and the gist was they were more involved than the hasty prep done on this day. (The witnesses didn't make these conclusions, just talked about seeing the MH being stocked or unloaded in the past and this trip did seem different to my ears, tho I'll repeat---no conclusions were made by witnesses or prosecution at this time)
