Actually, I'd say it's more likely to be monkeypox or chicken pox. There's no data on this matter at CDC. They're probably just starting to reach the town to investigate.

You could very well be right. From what I've read, it seems as though anything that presents with a rash and fever gets translated to "smallpox." I'm eager to see what the WHO/CDC experts discover. Care to make it interesting? I'll pony up an extra $25 to the fundraiser if it's not measles.
