There must be something really gratifying when you hear that SPLAT as they hit the ground. :)
To: SassyMom
Every once in a while one of those jerks falls out of a tree. My wife hates it, cause I laugh my a$$ off.
I don't have very Christian thoughts about those nutcakes.

They are nutcakes! I think I would laugh when they fall out of the trees too. Don't some of them actually live in the trees so that they can "protect" them?
To: SassyMom
Yep, those are the real fruitloops, they even give the tree a name.

Splat ....LOL....good one.
To: ClaraSuzanne
Isn't the place already surrounded by Texans? LOL, we Texans are numerous and I don't think any of us are shy. Are you feeling outnumbered? When are you going to come see us?
To: 75thOVI
Hi 75th, Good to see you.Thank you for serving our country.
Welcome to the FReeper USO Canteen.
To: Iowa Granny
Hi IG, so good to see you.Thank you for the breakfast earlier and the wonderful support of the Canteen my friend.

I saw a news report of a lady that had lived in one of the redwoods. The tree died and she actually mourned the death of the tree, like a person. She was sobbing and crying. *SHESH* Just cut the thing down and make a deck out of it. I'm not very PC when it comes to environmentalist wackos or the PETA people.
To: Larry Johnson
Hi Larry, good to see you. That is a great idea about doing a thread about Jag. Thanks for the suggestion.
(( hug ))
To: Snow Bunny
Wow! Magnificent ART! Thanks for this great thread, Snow Bunny. And thanks to all the submariners. You guys are the greatest! Bless each and every one of you, and bring you home safely. We are all praying for you.
Official bird report: Still only one chick. The rest of the eggs must not have been fertile. I will check again tomorrow, but I think this is it. The babies change so fast that it should be fairly easy to see if there is more than one in there. Watch this space...

LOL! That Y'all are! I'm thinking about making a trip to San Antonio next year maybe in September or October.
Of coarse ther are other places in Texas I'd like to see. Can you send me something about your state so I can read about the places that are historical or just plain fun?
I'll FReepmail you my address.
