Barry & Teri-- I love it, this great balloon... (btw, where in MN did you grow up? I'm from Brooklyn Center near Mpls.)
Fantastic coverage of your maiden flight, hope you keep getting coverage...

I grew up in Minneapolis, and then moved to Blaine/Ham Lake. I've been living in Pa for about 9 years now.

While horses spooked, cows became entranced with the sight and stretched their necks to follow the balloon as it passed over a meadow. What did the sheep(le) do? hehehehe.
Nice truck, nice Balloon....headed to Albuquerque someday?

They stopped dead in their tracks. It was amazing to immobilize people like that.
The Lincoln Tunnel should be interesting.

"We will be on the Today Show on Thursday..." Hey, could you post a reminder? I'd love to watch you!!
Do you think they'd let you wear a FreeRepublic.com hat or something?? (or have it in your pocket and slip it on when the camera's are rolling!!) Great exposure for our gracious host!! ;o)

Do you think they'd let you wear a FreeRepublic.com hat or something?? (or have it in your pocket and slip it on when the camera's are rolling!!) Great exposure for our gracious host!! ;o) I wish. We will be lucky to wear our flag balloon stuff from the sounds of it. The sponsor is PNC Bank and what they want is what they get. We didn't get the sponsor, the balloon rally organizer did. They want Barry to wear their hat. Barry in a hat- it doesn't work. Oh well, they will see that soon enough I guess.

Thanks. Barry did an amazing job. He says he's finished painting for a while.
We also did a 16' trailer to match. I just have to stop doing my regular job to apply the stars and the rest of the graphics.
Really, to do that paint job, it's not that tough it is just time consuming and like any paint work, preparation is key.
I will post pics of the trailer when I get it done.
