Actually, yeah. If one puts in the potential function V(x,t) that correctly describes the Windex-crud interaction, then that equation will describe the cleaning process...

Hmmmm... Just approximate it as a spherical system in equilibrium with an attractive force 1/r, V(x,t)=V(x)... Psi(x,t) = R(r)Theta(theta)Phi(phi)... Cleans up nice...
