There will be a legal challenge to this, unfortunately. But according to Ashcroft, there is SCOTUS precedent for trying U.S. Citizens who have turned traitor before a military commission.

Abu Zubaydah must be singing like a canary. I wonder who is doing the interrogation? Maybe we flew in some of the "experts" from the Big Lubyanka in Moscow to handle Zubaydah.

I'm thinking Versed, or spiked drinks. If this guy is a fanatical Islamist, he doesn't touch booze. Nothin' in the Constitution prohibiting us from getting `em drunk, and loosening a bunch of inhibitions, IIRC.

Or maybe we told him that the "gentlemen from Mossad are here..." and he spilled his guts.
