That's all well and good to hear of this guy going straight into DOD custody -- but does anyone else find it unsettling that this story breaks and now we're just supposed to feel like it's all over, nothing to worry about -- foiled the attack. Unless they have captured many others in this plot and just keep it secret -- and if that is the case then Yippee we've stopped one bad thing, for now. If it's not, then I suspect this is all politics and everyone is going to be patting themselves on the back for a job well done. I don't think we've seen the end of this story.

Well, I expect one of the reasons we're hearing about it after the fact is that they were trying to do that very thing... track down his fellow conspirators.... wouldntchathink ? Didn't hear anyone saying anything about not worrying but catching one is at least a start. I don't think this is the end of this story nor do I think itis the only one that will surface. I'm grateful the administration doesn't feel it necessary to run before a camera and tell everything they know to Osama and the immediate world but I would like to know if they have confiscated his "supplies".

Actually I would guess the opposite. The release of info today is likely intended as a reminder for everyone to stay vigilant.

These terrorists like symbolism, and perhaps in their dates. Tuesday is the 11th, 9 months after 9/11(9 months in a pregnancy, so perhaps a date to 'give birth' to the 'offspring' of the first attacks), a good date for a coordinated attack without communicating among themselves. Also a partial eclipse during a sunset either tonight or tomorrow visible here, more symbolism(crescent sun, their moon eclipsing our sun, etc.) Not saying that I expect an attack in the next 2 days, but if one is looking for patterns to predict their likely actions, these are good candidates.

I also wonder if info from this guys interrogation was behind the flurry of warnings last month.
